Your first booking can be a free 30 minute consultation. We talk through your goals and choose the right treatments before you spend a cent.
If your body is new to it, you may feel temporary fatigue, disrupted sleep or mild detox symptoms afterwards. That is completely normal.
Lymphatic drainage massage sessions do not include the sauna or wood therapy tools. For the sauna, choose the Bloat Free package or add a sauna session.
